Bacon Buddies

For a few years we have been welcoming people on the first Saturday of a month to ‘Bacon Butties’, our parent/guardian and child breakfast club. As the name suggests, bacon sandwiches are available but also cereals, fruit, yogurts, juice, tea and coffee.

We gather on a Saturday to allow parents who are out at work during the week to attend, to spend some time in a fun environment with their children. It is aimed mainly at children under 5, but older siblings are welcome. There are games, toys, activities, crafts and, of course action songs to finish the morning off.

Bacon Butties runs from 9-11am and takes place at St Catwg’s Church.

There is no charge but donations are welcome. We’d love you to join us.

We take Safeguarding of vulnerable groups extremely seriously. Please see our Safeguarding and Health & Safety page for more information.

The Parish of Pentyrch and Capel Llanilltern is a simple, joyful and inclusive Christian community. The worship, prayer and events we offer reflect our love of Jesus and all God’s people, near and far. Whatever your background, whatever you may be feeling, however often or infrequently, we would love you to join us.

CHURCH SERVICES

In our Parish we work hard to think creatively about our worship, so that it can hold the traditional and modern in a wonderful balance, thereby igniting a sense of God’s grace, joy and hope amongst us all.

“Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe you have received it, and it will be yours.”
